Terms of service
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods and services from Happy Power Nordic AS (org. no. 935 301 009) to consumers in Norway.
1. Agreement
The agreement consists of these terms and conditions, information provided in the ordering solution, and any specifically agreed terms. In case of conflict, specifically agreed terms take precedence unless they conflict with mandatory legislation.
The agreement is supplemented by applicable laws, including the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act and the Consumer Purchases Act.

Buyer: The individual who places an order in the online store.
3. Prices
All prices on the website are stated in NOK and include VAT and applicable duties. Any additional costs will be clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
The contract is binding once the buyer has submitted the order. If there are obvious typographical or system errors in price or product information, which the buyer should reasonably have understood, the contract is not binding.
5. Payment
We offer the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Vipps
- Klarna (installments or invoice according to Klarna’s own terms)
Payment is reserved upon ordering but is not charged until the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
6. Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–5 business days, and no later than 5 business days unless otherwise agreed. Delivery is considered complete once the buyer or their representative has received the goods.
7. Risk of Goods
The risk transfers to the buyer once delivery has been completed in accordance with section 6.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The buyer has a 30-day right of withdrawal under the Right of Withdrawal Act, starting the day after receipt of goods.
- Notice must be given to the seller within the deadline, preferably in writing (email or withdrawal form).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
- The goods must be returned within 14 days of giving notice.
- Items must be unused and returned in the same condition and quantity as received, including original packaging. Used goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of notice of withdrawal, but may be withheld until the goods have been received and inspected.
9. Delays and Non-Delivery
If goods are not delivered as agreed and this is not due to the buyer, the buyer may demand performance, termination of the contract, and/or compensation in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act.
10. Defects and Complaints
If the goods are defective, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time. A complaint is always timely if submitted within 2 months of discovery.
- The complaint period is 2 years from receipt of goods.
- The buyer may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, termination, or compensation in accordance with the law.

11. Seller’s Rights in Case of Buyer Default
If the buyer fails to pay, the seller may demand performance, termination, interest according to the Interest on Overdue Payments Act, and fees in accordance with the Debt Collection Act.
For uncollected parcels, the seller may charge a fee covering actual costs.
12. Warranty
Any warranties from the seller or manufacturer are in addition to the buyer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Purchases Act.
13. Privacy
Happy Power Nordic AS is responsible for processing personal data. Data is used only to fulfill the agreement with the buyer and will not be shared with third parties without legal basis or consent.

14. Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably. If unsuccessful, the buyer may contact:
