Refund policy

The buyer has a 30-day right of withdrawal under the Right of Withdrawal Act, starting the day after receipt of goods.

• Notice must be given to the seller within the deadline, preferably in writing (email or withdrawal form).
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• The goods must be returned within 14 days of giving notice.
• Items must be unused and returned in the same condition and quantity as received, including original packaging. Used goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
